Genevieve is a second-year undergraduate at University College London, studying the Russian and Ukrainian languages. She placed 2nd in the 2023 Student Translation Contest from Ukrainian to English and won the Rob Hudson Memorial Prize 2021-2022 for being one of the most proficient students of language learning in her faculty. Genevieve is passionate about language learning and teaching and imbues her students with a love for learning English. Michael Lawson

Imperial College London: PhD Engineering

Tutor Michael Lawson received his MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol (2013, First Class Honors) and went on to complete his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London in 2019. Michael started tutoring students during his PhD and has been tutoring for the admissions process for several years. 

He has experience teaching students of all levels, from 6 to 22 years old, so he is able to meet students at their level and help them succeed. He offers a highly personalized approach to teaching that allows each student to go their own way.

He doesn't only teach English, but also has a lot of experience in career counseling. For students who want to study abroad or get into a UK university, I mentor them through the application process and interview assessment. He have helped many overseas students with their application, personal statement and interview process.

Grace Robinson

Teacher Grace has many years of teaching experience and consistently displays an energetic and positive attitude. She has taught students between the ages of 4 to 16 from many different countries, and therefore is familiar with the unique circumstances of each student. She achieved the highest grade possible for her English examinations in high school, and graduated from the prestigious University of Edinburgh.

Eve Sayer
